Scheduling Appointments and Procedures
URGENT CARE: If your pet is ill or requires urgent care, please call our office at 978-463-3309. We are here for you and we make every effort to schedule urgent cases promptly.
RESCHEDULED, CANCELLED or NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS: Rescheduling or cancelling appointments requires at least 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and holidays); otherwise, we reserve the right not to reschedule the appointment or to require a deposit to schedule another appointment.
PROCEDURE DEPOSITS and PREPAID VISITS: Deposits for upcoming anesthesia or specialist procedures are non-refundable. Separately, prepaid office visits are refundable only if at least 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and holidays) is provided.
